Members can upgrade their membership tiers: one-time consumption (referring to the first-time visitor) to reach the required amount, or cumulative consumption to reach the required amount

Yes, members must spend required amount within the validity period to maintain their membership level, otherwise all points will be cleared and the membership level will reset to "Associate"

The points in the account will be reduced after coupon redemption.

Birthday coupons are automatically generated by the system and can only be use by the member in the current month.

The points will be cap at 3500 points.

All customers can enjoy points redemption coupons, 500 points= RM 30, 700 points= RM50, 1000 points= RM100

When the customer's relegation fails, all accumulated points will be cleared and the level will reset to "Associate". The Member Card ID and customer information will remain in the CRM system, and the redeemed coupons can continue to be used.

When returning the order, the corresponding points need to be deducted from the accumulated points.
